Manchester City lost 2-1 to Atletico Madrid
Scare! Manchester City lost 1-2 to Atletico Madrid in a test match. Atletico went ahead through Memphis Depay and Yannick Carrasco, then Man City replied through Ruben Dias.

Man City posed a threat early in the game through Erling Haaland. Erling Haaland's shot was blocked by Jan Oblak. Julian Alvarez's shot from outside the box in the 27th minute was also secured.
Very Interesting Match
Atletico threatened back shortly after through Alvaro Morata. It's just that his effort from inside the penalty area deflected to the right.

Man City then hit back in the 85th minute from a corner. Sergio Gomez's pass was headed by Ruben Dias, who escaped guard.
No goal was scored until the long whistle. Manchester City had to concede Atletico Madrid's 1-2 victory.
This is Man City's last pre-season test match, before facing Arsenal in the Community Shield. While Atletico will continue the tour to the Americas, facing Real Sociedad and Sevilla.
