Novak Djokovic wins follow-up match

Finally, Novak Djokovic won the follow-up match to reach the quarter-finals of Wimbledon. Having previously had a grueling match and had to pause, ahead of the curfew regulations.

In the previous match, Novak Djokovic took a two-set lead over Hubert Hurkacz in their Wimbledon round of 16 match on Sunday (9/7) local time.

Djokovic, playing his 100th match of the tournament, was 7-6 (8-6) and 7-6 (8-6) up against the Pole when the match was postponed due to an 11 pm deadline.

Interesting matches

The second match resumes on Monday (10/7) with the winner of the match will face Russian Andrey Rublev for a place in the semifinals.
