What happens if the plane you are going to board is delayed? Not one or two hours but 18 hours? Maybe you will ask for a change or even quickly find another aircraft. But unlike Phil Stringer, the plane he was on was delayed 18 hours, this man was the only passenger waiting for him.
A man named Phil Stringer had nightmares as well as dreams that came true in one day.

Stringer, 34, is the chief operating officer of a real estate brokerage and also consults companies on using AI.
He travels a lot for work and, despite the many problems plaguing the airline industry, he says that his travels, in general, went smoothly, until one Sunday late last month.

His early morning flight from Oklahoma City to Charlotte was delayed gradually throughout the day for maintenance reasons.
As reported by NPR, he then headed to the Starbucks store at the airport. When he was finally called to the plane just before midnight, he found the place almost empty.
"I thought everyone was up and I was late because no one was there," Stringer said.
"But the gatekeeper said, 'No, baby, you're the only one left,'" she added. There were only Stringer and four flight attendants, who he said were called back from their hotel for a flight that took about two and a half hours.
