Barcelona managed to beat Tottenham Hotspur with a score of 4-2 to win the Trofeo Joan Gamper, Tuesday (8/8/2023).
The course of the match "Barcelona vs Tottenham Hotspur"
Barcelona took a quick lead when the game was only three minutes away. Barcelona were able to put together a quick attack and Raphinha managed to escape the control of the back line on the left side of the Tottenham Hotspur defence.
Raphinha then saw Robert Lewandowski standing free in the penalty area. Raphinha then sent a pass into the penalty area. Lewandowski received the ball and then coldly sent the ball into Guglielmo Vicario's goal.
Conceding quickly did not make Tottenham's mentality collapse. They can turn around to press Barcelona through two counter-goals scored by Oliver Skipp.

Skipp scored Tottenham's first goal in the 24th minute. Skipp took advantage of the wild ball in the penalty area and fired a shot into the empty goal.
Skipp then put Tottenham back in front in the 36th minute. Skipp brilliantly fired a header to welcome the pass sent by Ivan Perisic. The score was 2-1 for Tottenham then lasted until the first half was over.
Entering the second half, Barcelona tried hard to catch up. After 15 minutes of running, Barcelona has not been able to get an equalizing goal.
Xavi Hernandez then decided to make a massive substitution. Ansu Fati, Ilkay Gundogan, Ferran Torres, and Marcos Alonso were the players who were sent to the field.
Barcelona's attempt to find an equalizer in the 81st minute. Ferran Torres broke into Tottenham's goal after receiving a mature pass from Lamine Yamal.
Barcelona then completed the comeback action in the 90th minute. Ansu Fati scored Barcelona's third goal of the game.
Ansu Fati's goal came from a quick strike composed on Tottenham's left side. Ansu Fati escaped the observation of Tottenham's defenders. Ferran Torres then ended with Ansu Fati's cross that successfully beat Vicario.
Barcelona then extended the lead to 4-2 in third-minute injury time. Abde Ezzalzouli got his name on the scoreboard.
The score was 4-2 for Barcelona to survive until the end of the game.
