Cristiano Ronaldo's goal sends Al Nassr through to Arab Club Champions quarterfinals

Finally, Cristiano Ronaldo's goal took Al Nassr through to the quarterfinals of Arab Club Champions. This goal saved Al Nassr from defeat in a match with Zamalek. Despite a 1–1 draw, Al Nassr qualified for the last 8 of the Arab Club Champions Cup.

The match between Zamalek and Al Nassr took place at King Fahd Stadium in Group C of the Arab Club Champions Cup. Al Nassr played Cristiano Ronaldo, Marcelo Brozovic, and Alex Telles from the first minute. Meanwhile, Sadio Mane is still sitting on the bench.

Abdulrahman Ghareeb's goal disallowed, for offside

Al Nassr could score early in the match through Abdulrahman Ghareeb. However, this goal was disallowed because Ghareeb was offside.

Al Nassr continued to be dominant in launching attacks. Anderson Talisca threatens from the free kick. His effort was secured by Zamalek goalkeeper Mohamed Sobhy.

Sobhy is back in action. This time, he was able to block Abdullah Madu's header that greeted the corner. The 0-0 score lasted until the end of the 1st half.

They are five points behind leaders Al Shabab who have seven points. Meanwhile, Zamalek must be willing to be eliminated. The Egyptian club is only in third place with four points.
