Arsenal vs Manchester United duel was held at Emirates Stadium. The first half ended 1-1 after Marcus Rashford's goal was replied by Martin Odegaard.
VAR drama colored this match. Alejandro Garnacho had scored in the final minutes of the second half, but it was disallowed after VAR ruled it offside.

Arsenal then scored in injury time to turn things around. Goals from Declan Rice and Gabriel Jesus sealed the three points for the hosts.
Thanks to this victory, Arsenal now collected eight points from four matches in sixth place in the Premier League standings. While Manchester United are in eighth position with seven points.

Arsenal continued to put pressure on Manchester United from the early minutes. The home team then got a good chance to score through Kai Havertz.
Gabriel Martinelli's cross into the box was blocked by Diogo Dalot. The ball fell to Havertz's feet. Despite being in a free position, Havertz failed to take advantage of it because his kick was not perfect.
Manchester United then opened the lead first in the 27th minute. Marcus Rashford broke into the Arsenal goal after taking advantage of a counterattack.

This goal originated from a mistake by Havertz whose pass fell to the feet of Christian Eriksen. Eriksen then fired a through pass to Rashford who moved in from the left. Rashford then fired a shot towards the far post and the ball went into the net.
But Manchester United's advantage did not last long. In less than a minute, Arsenal immediately replied. Martin Odegaard received the ball from Martinelli and was free enough to get a shot off.
Entering the second half, a Manchester United attack produced an opportunity for the visitors. Anthony Martial's shot was parried by Aaron Ramsdale. The ball was grabbed by Rashford, but blocked by Saliba.
Arsenal were awarded a penalty in the 59th minute after Havertz was tackled by Aaron Wan-Bissaka. However, after checking the VAR, referee Anthony Taylor overturned the decision.
Odegaard dribbled in the Manchester United penalty area and looked for shooting space. Odegaard then fired a shot, but it was aimed right at Onana.
Arsenal came close to scoring in the 82nd minute. The attack built by Arsenal ended by Jesus with a flat pass to Bukayo Saka who was in front of goal. But Saka's shot was blocked by Onana.
Alejandro Garnacho had broken into the Arsenal goal in the 88th minute after receiving Casemiro's through ball. VAR checked and the goal was disallowed because Garnacho was offside.
Arsenal then scored in injury time, precisely in the 90+6th minute. Starting from a corner, the ball fell to Declan Rice who was at the far post. Rice controlled the ball with his chest and then beat Onana at the near post.
Arsenal scored again in the 90+11th minute. This time Gabriel Jesus completed an Arsenal counterattack to break Manchester United's goal.
