To his followers, Schwarzenegger often shares tips for maintaining his body shape and muscle building.

He explained that the main key to building muscle is to always record and track the exercise routine that is run.

Even simple exercise when running regularly is enough to build muscle. However, don't forget to record your progress during exercise. This is important to continue to regulate the level of difficulty and intensity over time.

Schwarzenegger himself always starts his day by exercising before breakfast. He opens his day by cycling to the gym and starting his routine.

Generally, he divides his routine into three, each of which focuses on a different part of the body, namely the chest and back muscles, hands and shoulders, and feet. Each of these parts he does on different days, while for abdominal and calf muscle exercises he does every day.

In addition to regular exercise, the seven-time Mr. Olympia titleholder also highlighted the importance of managing a diet rich in protein.

"Every time you put food in your mouth, make sure there's a source of protein in it," she says.

One of his favorite sources of protein is eggs. He also shared his favorite protein drink recipe, which is a mixture of raw eggs, protein powder, bananas, and cherry juice.

Not only paying attention to protein intake, he also revealed that he chose many plant-based foods to improve his heart health.

"(Eating a vegetarian diet) makes me feel amazing and my cholesterol levels also make my doctor happy," she said.

For lunch, he usually combines eggs as a source of protein with various types of vegetables as a complement. He also often eats yogurt and granola for breakfast and almonds for snacks. The 75-year-old also admitted to liking vegetable soup for his dinner.

 One of the questions he receives the most is how to stay consistent for decades. According to Schwarzenegger, the key is to find an exercise routine that works and matches you.

He emphasized that everyone has a routine and way of exercising that suits them. Success is not instantaneous but requires process and perseverance.
