Jason Momoa's Physical Workout, 300 Repetitions in 30 Minutes

Jason Momoa, a model from Hawaii who is now a successful actor in the Hollywood film industry is very famous for his burly body.

Behind the six-pack abs, and muscles in the arms and shoulders that make him look macho, the 43-year-old has a myriad of physical activities and a lot of effort to get it all done.

Dmarge's page states that Jason Momoa has a special training called "barbaric" training. Even the exercise involves 300 reps in 30 minutes.

More than that, the Aquaman star also really likes outdoor workouts rather than physical workouts at the gym and it all starts in the morning.

"I have to get up at 5 a.m. and train hard. The morning is when I do all my best work."

"Every time I wake up, I don't sleep anymore like most people. I run up hills, exercise, and have fun with my mind," Jason Momoa said.

The amount of physical exercise he did after warming up in the morning involved more than 300 repetitions in a short period of 30 minutes.

First, he always does three exercises as follows;

  • Squat
  • Exercises to train shoulder muscles
  • Incline bench press
  • Cable crosses
  • Pull-ups

After choosing those three exercises, the next step is the repetition exercise.

The way to exercise is as follows:

  • Perform 7 reps per move
  • 7 seconds break
  • Do 7 more reps
  • 7 seconds break
  • Repeat everything for a total of 7 sets of 7 reps
  • Rest for 30 seconds
  • Do rounds of 6 reps, 6 sets, and 6 reps with 6 seconds of rest time in each set.

Jason Momoa's total of one workout includes 110 reps.

Repeat all the processes and do the same two exercises or reps for a total of all 300 and done within 30 minutes.

Maybe most men will feel overwhelmed if they do all of that at once, but he seems to be doing it.
