Al-Hilal is not difficult to attract Koulibaly from Chelsea with a price tag of 17 million pounds. Chelsea are not satisfied with the performance of the defender who was brought in £33 million from Napoli last season.

Kalidou Koulibaly Turns Out to Have Entered the Sale List

Koulibaly did appear 32 times in all competitions with two goals and one assist. However, the Senegalese defender also made several blunders that became a problem at the back, thus making him on the sale list.

"We would like to thank Kalidou for his contribution on and off the pitch during his time at Stamford Bridge. We wish him all the best for his career ahead," Chelsea said in a statement.

Koulibaly will reportedly earn a big salary from Al Hilal, who won the Asian Champions League last season, in the range of £20 million per year. Koulibaly previously earned £15m from Chelsea on a four-year deal signed.

Koulibaly becomes the second big-paid Chelsea player to be released to Saudi Arabia after N'Golo Kante. Hakim Ziyech, Romelu Lukaku, and Edouard Mendy are set to follow the two former teammates.

Koulibaly's arrival will make the league even more filled with star players. Cristiano Ronaldo and Karim Benzema were also there.
