Arsenal won again in the Premier League follow-up, "Crystal Palace vs Arsenal: 0-1". The Gunners won the London Derby at Crystal Palace.
Crystal Palace vs Arsenal match was staged at Selhurst Park Stadium. Martin Odegaard sealed the London Cannons' victory after scoring the only goal from the spot at the start of the second half.
Arsenal played with just 10 men after Takehiro Tomiyasu was red-carded by the referee (two yellow cards) in the 67th minute. Even so, Arsenal was able to suppress the attacks of the home team so that the advantage was maintained until the match was dissolved.

With this victory, Arsenal has the right to climb four strips to third place in the Premier League standings. Mikel Arteta's men have six points, the same as Brighton and Manchester City in the top two. Meanwhile, Crystal Palace are ranked 11th with three points from their first two matches.

Arsenal immediately took the initiative in attack through Kai Havertz. His pass to Gabriel Martinelli inside the box created a meltdown. The ball eventually fell in the path of Bukayo Saka who was then blocked.
Crystal Palace responded with a threat from Jordan Ayew's cross which forced Ben White to take the ball out of the area. After that, Jeffrey Schlupp's pass freed Odsonne Edouard. However, White again made a crucial block so Aaron Ramsdale could secure the ball.
Arsenal came close to opening the scoring in the 29th minute. Saka snatched the ball from Schlupp and then sent a pass to Nketiah. In a tightly guarded situation, Nketiah released a tap but the ball hit Palace's goalpost!

Six minutes later, Crystal Palace threatened Arsenal. Ben White's mistake saw Jordan Ayew break through the backline before William Saliba made a crucial tackle for the ball.
Arsenal missed another chance. Declan Rice's through pass put Nketiah in a one-on-one situation with Sam Johnstone. However, Nketiah's kick just bounced.
Arsenal continued to put pressure on Crystal Palace after halftime. In the 51st minute, the referee pointed to the white spot after Johnstone fouled Nketiah in a free-kick situation.
Martin Odegaard came forward as executor. The Danish midfielder sent Johnstone tumbling in the wrong direction to open up Arsenal's 1-0 lead in the 54th minute.
Palace are awarded a free-kick following a foul on Eberechi Eze. Eze's execution slid over Arsenal's live fence, but the ball only nestled alongside Aaron Ramsdale's goal.
While trying to create an extra goal, Arsenal had to play with 10 men. Takehiro Tomiyasu was sent off after a second yellow card (red card), after pulling Ayew's jersey.
Crystal Palace tried to maximize the numerical advantage by continuing to storm Arsenal's defense. Palace claimed a penalty after Eze fell into the control of two opposing players. The referee did not award a penalty, nor did the VAR review.
Palace attacked again. In the 87th minute, Tyrick Mitchell's cross into the middle of the box was met by Edouard with a header despite the ball going wide.
Palace did not let Arsenal breathe. However, Palace's attacks were thwarted so that the score was 1-0 for Arsenal's advantage to last until the game was over.
