Liverpool's winning goals were scored by Mohamed Salah (5'), Diogo Jota (8'), and Luis Diaz (59') respectively. Meanwhile, Darmstadt was only able to score one consolation goal through Mathias Honsak (10').
Liverpool kicked off the opponent's defense at half-time starts
As soon as the first half started, Liverpool immediately took the initiative to kick off the opponent's defense. As a result, Mohamed Salah successfully opened the Reds' goal tap in the 5th minute after taking advantage of a corner from Dominik Szoboszlai. The score changed to 1-0 for Liverpool.
It didn't take long, Liverpool managed to double the lead in the 8th minute through Diogo Jota's goal. Starting from Mohamed Salah who was able to grab the ball from the opponent and provide an accurate pass that was successfully executed by Diogo Jota. The score became 2-0 for the Reds.

Two minutes later, Darmstadt tried to get up and managed to break the goal of Jurgen Klopp's men. It was Mathias Honsak who successfully broke into Alisson Becker's goal to reduce the score to 1-2 which lasted until halftime.
Entering the second half, Liverpool played the same tempo as in the first half. Several opportunities were obtained by Mohamed Salah et al. However, their efforts have not resulted in additional goals.
Only in the 59th minute, Liverpool again managed to widen the lead to 3-1. It was Luis Diaz who successfully got his name on the scoreboard with a classy goal with his heel after receiving a mature pass in a corner situation.
After that goal, Liverpool continued to dominate and get several chances. However, there were no more additional goals. Liverpool also successfully closed the match with a 3-1 victory over Darmstadt.
