The film "May December" will be worked on by the streaming platform Netflix and is planned to be aired in 2023.

Synopsis of "May December"

May December will tell the story of a relationship with a large age difference between partners.

This can also be seen through the title of the series which uses the analogy of the months 'May' and 'December' which describes the time difference between the months, which in the story of this series is the age of each couple.

The film will take viewers in following the story of Elizabeth (Natalie Portman) who from May to December decides to leave for Savannah, Georgia.

His departure was deliberately done to find a role in his latest film which follows the scandalous tabloid love story between Gracie (Julianne Moore) and Joe (Charles Melton).

Joe is much younger than Gracie, and he even served a prison sentence when they were caught together.
When Joe was released, the two of them were married and blessed with three children who at this time were about to leave their high school days.

At first glance, Elizabeth seemed to be able to guess the motive for their marriage. But over time, his observations revealed a much deeper layer.

Besides Portman, there are also several other cast names such as Julianne Moore to Charles Melton, both of them will also get the main spotlight in this film.

May December itself was produced by Todd Haynes, who previously had also been the man behind the making of Carol (2015), Wonderstruk (2017), to Dark Waters (2019).

Based on information released by his party through Netflix's official website, May-December will be aired on November 17 in several selected theaters and December 1 exclusively on Netflix.
