Netizens Bully Phoenix Barron Has Encephalitis to Macrocephaly
Some netizens leave bullying comments on Hilton's child. Some consider Hilton's son to have encephalitis, up to macrocephaly.
"Does he have encephalitis? What happened, I'm not trying to be rude, but that doesn't seem normal," one netizen wrote on Instagram.
"Macrocephaly:( My little cousin had surgery and she looks normal now," wrote another.
"You need to take your baby to a pediatrician neurologist so he can be evaluated, he has a fairly wide fontanelle and macrocrania, and he may need an MRI or US to see blockages in the spinal fluid inside his brain to be on the safe side."

Among the bullying comments, there are also netizen comments defending Hilton. They praised Hilton's son who was considered cute and angry with netizens who bullied him.
"How can anyone bully babies? What's wrong with you? It was an innocent baby," said one netizen whose comment has been liked by more than 14,000 Instagram users.
A TikTok user Stephanie Tleiji was also upset by the comments of netizens bullying Hilton's son. Tleiji even asked Hilton to answer the allegations by saying that "the baby is very healthy" and "only has a big brain."
"If you are bullying a baby, you should get your head checked," she wrote in a post on TikTok.
Seeing that her little son was a victim of bullying, Hilton also did not stay silent. Businessman Carter Reum's wife revealed her heartache in a post on Instagram Stories.

"This hurts my heart very much and cannot be expressed in words. I've worked hard to create an environment filled with love, respect, and acceptance, and I hope the same in return."

"If I don't post my baby, people will assume I'm not a great mom, and if I post it, there are some people who are cruel and hateful. I'm a proud working mom, and my baby is very healthy, adorable, and angel-like."

Previously, Paris Hilton had also commented in response to people bullying her child. He said Phoenix is in good health and just has a bigger brain.
"There are some 'sick' people in this world. My angel (Phoenix) is completely healthy, and yes, she's been to the doctor, she just has a big brain," Hilton wrote on her TikTok account on Thursday (10/19/23).
