Nick Bollea was arrested for drunk driving or DUI on Saturday (18/11) early morning local time. When stopped by the police, he refused to undergo the test and was taken directly to the police station.
Nick Bollea's actions were recorded as misdemeanors
The incident has been recorded as a misdemeanor, and Bollea remains in custody.
In an Instagram post, Nick Bollea showed he attended a bikini contest at his father Hulk Hogan's restaurant in the Clearwater area on Friday night before his arrest.
It turns out that Nick has a pretty bad history of driving. When he was 17 years old he had a terrible accident with his partner, John Graziano, on August 26, 2007.

Nick Bollea, Hulk Hogan's only son and youngest son, drove a yellow Toyota Supra in Clearwater with a close friend who was a U.S. Marine.
At one point, the teenager lost control of his car and an accident occurred. The two rushed directly to the hospital. Nick Bollea was not charged and was immediately released.
However, Graziano, who was not wearing a seat belt at the time of the crash, suffered a brain injury that left him in 24/7 care for the rest of his life. Nick Bollea was later charged with reckless driving causing serious injury.
He did not object to the charges and was sentenced to 8 months in the Pinellas County Jail. Police also said the incident happened because Nick had drunk alcohol.
Nick Bollea was also sentenced to five years' probation, 500 hours of community service, and had his driver's license suspended for three years.
Hulk Hogan opened up about the incident.
"(Nick) is going through life and probably doesn't appreciate things. When this happened, it made him turn 180 degrees. It was the best thing that ever happened to him. I'm not saying it's a good thing. But it happened for a reason," he said.
But because of his good behavior, Hulk's son was released from prison after serving about six months.
