Mauricio Pochettino's men scored three goals through Cole Palmer's penalty (50th minute), a strike from Raheem Sterling (65') and a goal from Nicolas Jackson (74'). Chelsea closed out the 90 minutes with a 4-1 win.
This result moved Chelsea up to 10th with 11 points. Meanwhile, Burnley fell further to 18th place with only four points.

Chelsea were in control at the start of the game. Raheem Sterling had a chance in the 14th minute. He stabbed in from the left side before opening fire. However, his efforts are still widening.
And there was a goal!! Burnley, who didn't have much possession of the ball, could steal a goal in the 15th minute. They build attacks well from the back. Lyle Foster moved from the right side to the center. He gave the ball which was completed into a goal by Wilson Odobert.

Five minutes into the second half, Chelsea were awarded a penalty. The referee pointed to the white spot after Sterling was brought down by Vitinho.
Cola Palmer, who came forward as executor, did his job well. His kick outwitted Trafford. Chelsea regained a 2-1 lead in the 50th minute.
Burnley, who are now behind, tried to equalize through Odobert's long-range shot. The experiment was dismissed by Robert Sanchez.

Chelsea pulled away in the 65th minute. Through a quick attack, Conor Gallagher thrust the ball to Sterling. Sterling finally got his name on the scoreboard with a fierce strike from inside the penalty area.
Goal!!! The visitors were even more unstoppable by scoring the fourth goal in the 75th minute. Palmer passed the ball to Jackson who was standing in front of the goal, Jackson calmly controlled the ball before turning around to fire a shot that resulted in a goal.
No additional goals were scored in the rest of the match. Chelsea won convincingly 4-1.
