These tips were shared by a TikTok user with the account name t_sply who created a short video. The title is indeed an exaggeration because he mentions these tips can provide unlimited battery life. The tips are quite reasonable but obviously won't give you unlimited battery life.

Key to Savings by Reducing Text Brightness

The essence of these battery-saving tips is to reduce the brightness level of the text. The trick is to Settings - Accessibility - Display and set the Reduce White Point slider to reduce the brightness intensity on the screen. Battery consumption will get smaller as the slider gets closer to 100%.

Its effectiveness will increase when combined with reducing the brightness level of the screen.

But of course, there are unpleasant side effects, because the greater the reduction in white points, the more difficult the text will be to read. Even if it is set to 100%, you could say the text is completely illegible, even in a place that is not too bright.

There is also a positive side to reducing this white point, which is reducing eye strain, especially when used in dark conditions, as quoted from Phone Arena.

The screen is one of the components on HP that consumes the most battery. That's why "snapping" screen settings will usually have a big impact on saving battery power consumption.
